Medical Support Assistant (Advanced)

The incumbent performs as an Advanced MSA at the GS-6 level within the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) within the Registration section of the Ambulatory Care & Processing division of the Health Administration Department. The Advanced MSA within this section performs intake registrations, performs patient movements, updates patient demographic information, obtains third-party insurance information, and makes eligibility determinations
