Job Description
Seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide home health services in Oak Brook, IL and the Central Metro E coverage area. The clinician will deliver adult and geriatric general med/surg care, perform skilled PT visits in patient homes, support ADL and adaptive equipment training, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members virtually.
